Gold Terra:
Where New Lives Begin.
With Your Name.

Imagine…

Close your eyes for a moment.
Do you hear children’s laughter?
Kids are running barefoot along green paths, their hands smelling of earth and strawberries. Between gardens and greenhouses, the air is filled with the scent of freshly cut grass and moist soil after rain.

Can you smell the bread and herbs?
In the Food Lab, a former refugee from Ukraine shares family recipes with local women. Here, people learn not just to cook, but to turn culinary skills into business and confidence.

Somewhere in the distance, music and laughter ring out. It’s Terra Fest—a festival of joy and new beginnings. Farmers, entrepreneurs, and creators from all over the region share stories that inspire. Here, life regains its taste and rhythm.

Now open your eyes. You’re standing at the entrance to Gold Terra.
The first thing you notice is the aroma of fresh herbs from the Terra Vita greenhouse. Here, using the latest eco-technologies, we grow organic produce that nourishes not just the body, but also ideas. These greenhouses are laboratories of flavor and a sustainable future.

Nearby is Terra Nova Village. Dome houses and motorhomes create a cozy space for those seeking a new start. Here live people of all backgrounds: veterans returning from service, immigrants taking their first steps in a new country, and those recovering from personal loss. In this village, every day is filled with new meaning, where sharing tea and working together become the best therapy.

In the big white tent, you hear the click of chess pieces and lively voices. This is Questorum—the intellectual heart of Gold Terra. Here, entrepreneurs and youth train their strategic thinking and develop business ideas right on the chessboard. Every decision is like a move in the game: bold, thoughtful, and leading to victory not just on the board, but in life.

Not far away, the Terra Preneur Camp is buzzing—a tent city where entrepreneurs from across the state gather not as competitors, but as partners and synergists. They exchange ideas, test startups, create collaborations, and launch projects that transform local communities.

In the evening, string lights come on and Terra Fest begins. The air is filled with music, laughter, and the aroma of food trucks. Children with colorful balloons run across the lawns, adults sit by the fire, discussing new ideas and dreaming of the future.

And at the heart of this vibrant space stands a sign: “This island of strength was created thanks to the Thompson family. 2025”

Gold Terra is
More Than a Project

This is a place where lives get a new story, and donors receive lasting gratitude, inscribed on the map of change.

Our Story.
Why We Created Gold Terra

“I remember how hard it was to juggle everything at once: searching for housing, working just to pay rent, trying to launch my own business, and dreaming of learning from mentors. There was never enough time or energy. I dreamed of a place like Gold Terra—where you can live, learn, build, connect, and grow together with like-minded people.

But the reality is, even after creating a nonprofit, we can’t count on grants or government support. We rely on the generosity of successful people who can afford the luxury of helping others. We believe in the power of every person’s talent, and we want to support those talents by creating a place of strength—a garden where everyone can flourish in an atmosphere of care, support, and synergy.

Gold Terra is the space I once needed so much. It is a Retreat that turns into a Restart, awakening the courage to shine with your talents. Let’s give this chance together to those who are just starting their journey.”
