More and more people are forced to look for free food distributions or think only about how to simply survive.

But there is another, much more important question.

👉 How to stop feeling guilty about what and how we eat?

That is why we are starting a series of meetings dedicated to the topic of Freedom Mindset and culinary independence.

Even a minimum amount of products can bring maximum benefit if you change your approach.
